We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Why do I see a $0.01 charge in my bank account?
When you add or update your payment information, a temporary hold of $0.01 will be placed on your card to confirm the card is valid. Funds should be reversed within 30 days or less depending on your bank’s policies.
Do I have to add a credit card?
If your benefit plan includes copayments for therapy sessions and deductibles, or if you have other non-covered charges relating to services such as fees for cancelling an appointment, or failing to arrive for an appointment then you are required to add a card on file.

If you, the parent or guardian, are not receiving services for yourself, you do not need to add a credit card to your account.
