Managing Notifications

Registered accounts can adjust the automated notifications sent from the platform.

To view and manage these notifications on the web portal, click the user icon in the top right hand corner and select the 'notifications' option:

To view and manage these notifications on the mobile app, click the 'settings' button in the lower right corner and select the 'notifications' option.

Helpful Tips:

- Reply C to confirm your phone number and subscribe to texts like appointment reminders. You won’t start receiving reminders until you confirm.

- If you get a new mobile device and/or number, you will need to sign up for SMS notifications again to refresh the settings.
